ryan.odwyer
Hi, We have a product we sell on a yearly basis that is a discount on the monthly rate. $25 per month normally, but purchased yearly $275, so 1 month free. We would like to prorate this to the 1st July each year, regardless of when they sign up. So if someone signed up in June they would only be charged $25 until the 1st July when they would be charged $275 for the year. I have not found a way in the WHMCS prorate system to do this, WHMCS prorate only seems to do it monthly, not yearly to a date. Is there any way around this? Thanks, Ryan
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 18, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 18, 2014 Hi, There isn't currently a way to pro-rate renewals to a specific month each year. However we welcome suggestions for new features at http://requests.whmcs.com
