WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 16, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 16, 2014 Hi, This behaviour suggests your template files are outdated. WHMCS no longer emails a new password to the client, instead they get a link and can enter the new password directly into WHMCS (this way the password is not transmitted over email which could be insecure). Please copy the /temples/default/pwreset.tpl and pwrestvalidation.tpl files across to /templates/*your active template*/ Finally clear the tmepalte cache (Utilities > System > System Cleanup) which should resolve the matter.
