Canceling orders

When we've had clients leave or cancel services, we've just canceled the service, but evidently the order still stays active. Should we be going through the process to pull up the original order and cancel it as well?


What is the best practice for handling this?

There's a feature request somewhere for this.


You can delete them manually, there's no guideline to give for it as far as I know.

Problems turn up when a automatic renewal order for a domain is not paid, the domain expires and then the customer pays.

You then eighter have to explain about the registry quarantaine procedure or send the money back.
