Should we be going through the process to pull up the original order and cancel it as well? What is the best practice for handling this? bollocks Posted September 30, 2014 Share Posted September 30, 2014 There's a feature request somewhere for this. You can delete them manually, there's no guideline to give for it as far as I know. Problems turn up when a automatic renewal order for a domain is not paid, the domain expires and then the customer pays.
