laffinboy
Hi, I'm looking for some help please. This is my first problem with setting up WHMCS with importing existing users from AWBS using the import script provided by WHMCS, everything worked well, until... ...When I look at any 'Clients Profile' and the click on the 'Products/Services' tab to view the cPanel login details everything looks good for a few seconds and then suddenly the page gets updated and the clients username gets changed from their existing cPanel username to 'admin' and a message appears at the top of the page saying: ============================ 'Changes Saved Successfully! Your changes have been saved. ============================ Am I missing a set up config setting or is something wrong? Any suggestions and ideas are very welcome Thanks.
laffinboy
I've worked it out .... I had LastPass plugin installed on my web browser and it was automatically resetting/updating the user name and password on client data pages with my admin details, ouch. So the solution was to uninstall LastPass as it just complicated things and changed user data. blakeh
We had to ban that internally, so many customer accounts getting fields screwed up because of people using last pass.
netwood
Since I can't live without LastPass, I solved it by using another browser that doesn't have the LastPass plugin. That said, is there a solution to this? I would like to use my regular browser with WHMCS.
