Chad
Anyone know how to display any network issues (open) on client's home page? This would avoid people opening tickets. It's senseless that WHMCS doesn't display this by default on the home page.
malfunction
Anyone know how to display any network issues (open) on client's home page? This would avoid people opening tickets. It's senseless that WHMCS doesn't display this by default on the home page. We duplicate the issue detail in the announcements section, which does display it to all, but it makes double work at a time when seconds count in solving the problem and simultaneously getting people notified before they open a pile of tickets. As you say, it's absolutely senseless that any current network issue (for the servers that client is on, not all) is not already by default the first thing the client sees when they log in.
Chad
The iphone whmcs app has not been updated in 3 years (still at 3.5" resolution too), still no mobile friendly or admin areas either. WHMCS is an old fossil.
