Jan38 Posted August 22, 2014 Share Posted August 22, 2014 (edited) hi all, most of my clients use the automatic domain renewal option in whmcs. but when a specific domain has been renewed and an invoice has been generated but not paid there is a bug. the invoice has been generated for a domain renewal that is completed, the invoice is paid after the automatic renewal has been done, when i mark the invoice as paid whmcs renews the domain again the invoice was created for 1 year renewal so whmcs should see that the domain has allready been renewed for that period but it doesn't. when i shut the option off when a domain invoice has been paid it automatically registers then new customers which pay their invoice cannot have the domain registration activated. what goes wrong here and how can i create a custom invoice for the next renewal for the twice renewed domain?
