WHMCS Ryan
1. Assuming you are using Plesk, this is a common error as the Plesk Module does not support special characters. You can read more about that here. 2. For resetting the invoice number, there is an option in the invoice settings for setting the starting number for invoices. The number will disappear after the next invoice run but that first invoice will start in whatever number you put there. You can read more about that here. --Thanks

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 25, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 25, 2014 Hi, I recommend using the EU VAT invoicing Addon to customise your invoice numbers in that way: http://docs.whmcs.com/EU_VAT_Addon
