arjanvr Posted August 20, 2014 Share Posted August 20, 2014 Hello, When someone submits a ticket, i get a email notification like it should. Then i reply and i also get an email with my reply. After this, when the clients adds something to the ticket as a reply, i get no notification in my mail.
