Forwarding support tickets

Hello,

 

I need a copy of the tickets that I receive in WHMCS Support portal to be forward to my personal email address as well. That way if I am away from my desk and a ticket has been submitted I can receive it on my phone at least.

 

Does anyone know how this can be done? Can you please guide me on how this can be done?
