Domain Transfer - Always Invalid Registration Period & TLD's missing from client area

As seen in the attached image, when I click to transfer a domain no TLD's show up thus I cannot transfer a domain to my system.

 

This also happens in the admin area.

 

I have all available domains (.com in example) set up with 1-5 year registration, with all pricing.

 

Any ideas?

 

Enom is set up, domain registration itself is working, and API is opened.

If you go to Setup --> General Settings --> Domains do you have 'Allow clients to transfer a domain to you' enabled?

Hi,

Please ensure you have entered transfer pricing for your domains under Setup > Products/Services > Domains Pricing > Edit Pricing.
