possum
All Add-on modules listed under "My Add-ons", and most other modules, display "Unable to Determine Status". It's been a while since I visited the Add-ons page, so don't know when it started. Am running 5.3.5. Thanks in advance.

Wade73
Hi, Is there any status on if there is a fix to this issue? As I have installed whmcs locally on developer licence but cannot install any addons as it is not reading the folder properly. As some addon's don't appear under the "Your addon's" section and the ones that do appear all say unable to determine status. Is there anything I can do about this?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 7, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 7, 2014 Hi, From your description you are not experiencing this issue. Please ensure your /modules/addons directory is CHMOD 755.

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 12, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 12, 2014 Hi, I suggest contacting the addon vendors to troubleshoot the issue with their code and to make sure they're installed correctly. If you're having problems with any of the official addons, please open a support ticket: http://www.whmcs.com/get-support/
mikehence
I noticed that the last guy posted on 11-9-2014 and it is now 2015. I am having the exact same issue as Wade73 and I already put in a trouble ticket with a response back saying that they know about the issue but do not have a timeline. I have purchased a bunch of addons already and need these addons to run my business. I need a fix for this right away. Please advise

contrid
Will this "Unable to Determine Status" issue be fixed in a WHMCS update? It will be very convenient to see what addons you have installed already and which not.
