using capital letters in new order from admin side for domain renewal or registerarion

Hi,

 

I tried today to add order for one of my customers, I used capital letters to add the domain name in the field. The order price is not updated. I tried using small letters and it worked.

 

Is there any issue regarding using capital letters?

 

I am using WHMCS 5.3.8 and Blend template for admin.

Hi,

I would expect domains to be entered in lower case normally.

In what way did it 'not work' exactly? Do you see any errors under Utilities > Logs > Activity Log or on-screen?
