Hi,

The "Manual Suspension Required - No Module" message means that you don't have an automation module selected in your product configuration (Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services > Edit > Module Settings tab). So WHMCS is letting you know that you need to go and suspend the service yourself.

One you've done that, update the status in WHMCS by changing the "Status" dropdown under the client's Products/Services tab to Suspended.
