Assign new affiliate to order

I am just wondering what the correct procedure is for assigning a new affiliate to an order that already has an affiliate.

 

For example, the order is already applied to an affiliate but that affiliate is shutting down their business. The order now needs to be re-assigned to a new affiliate in WHMCS.

Hi,

You'd need to delete the referral under affiliate A's account (via the Clients > Manage Affiliates)

Then go to the order details page and and from there you can assign it to Affiliate B: http://docs.whmcs.com/Affiliates#Assigning_an_Affiliate_to_an_Existing_Order
