bruceleeon
Searched and couldn't find. In Servers, there is an option for Maximum No. of Accounts. I understand that this is a recommended no of accounts that you feel your server can handle. My question is... what happens when this limit is reached? Will new users be unable to subscribe to services? Will the hosting plans associated with the server's panel module reject requests for new services? Any light on this subject would be appreciated. Thanks!
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 6, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 6, 2014 Hi, These numbers are designed for use with load-balancing. So if you have the "fill active server until full" option selecting in your server group configuration, once the active server reaches the max no of accounts, it will move into the next least full server. If you only have one server and it reaches the max no. of accounts setting, WHMCS will continue to provision accounts on it.
