ccdave
Hi All I have made an error in my WHMCS setup I believe. I wish for invoices to be generated on the date that they are due but I put 30 days in the automation box. If I want them to be generated on the due date do I put zero in here? Or leave it blank? It has incorrectly (my fault) generated a lot of invoices so is it OK to just restore the database from before the cron job? i.e. all markers are in the database and it won't mess up future crons? Thanks D

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted August 4, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted August 4, 2014 Hi, Yes entering 0 in the "Invoice Generation" setting should be fine. But for the sake of your customers you might want to give them some notice you're going to charge them by generating the invoice at-least one day in advance.
