0412MORGAN
I have an invoicing problem. A problem that should take just minutes to fix. I've spent 2 hours trying to raise a ticket! I can enter the ticket information, right through to hitting the "submit" button... then NOTHING! Have tried on three devices over two internet connections. I can't see that the problem is my end. Can someone from WHMCS please advise?
Alex - Arvixe
I wasn't sure from your thread if you were trying to raise a ticket here (on whmcs.com official client area) or on your own website?
vladka24
Yes, I can't also. I'm having major licensing problems.
WHMCS Ryan
Hello 0412 MORGAN, Can you please confirm you are unable to submit a ticket by going to https://www.whmcs.com/members/submitticket.php. Also, if you can provide more detail with your invoicing problem, you might be able to get it answered here on the forums. --Thanks
