Products with Mutiple Invoice Lines

Hi

 

Is there a way to add a product where we can add multiple invoice lines? For example a client uses our pop3 server and on the invoice they want to list all of the pop3 accounts on one line each showing cost for each line? I can see I can select a product and choose quantity 10 but this appears on one invoice line.

Hi,

Not with a single product, but if you created multiple product all with the same Next Due Date and Payment Method; each would create a separate line on a single invoice.

I see. It is for selling Office 365 subscriptions. So you are saying rather than add a product of Office 365 with 10 quantity add one quantity for each mailbox? They basically want to see the alias on each line. Is this what you mean by multiple product?

Yes, in order to achieve a separate line item for each email account, that would be necessary.
