PDF Invoice not using main client details

Template default

 

If account has additional contacts, PDF invoice uses the name and address of additional contact, and NOT of the main client.

 

Details are correct in email body, but wrong in PDF attachment.

Hey Terra,

 

I have just tried to replicate this issue locally on my test install of 5.3.7 but was unable to.

 

I created my client account with one set of information, then created a contact with different information ie, address, company name etc.

 

I then created an invoice for the main client and sent the invoice created email.

 

When viewing the email from the main clients email address I setup, I was able to view the PDF attachment and showed the correct data from the main clients profile.

 

I would recommend opening a ticket with our Support Dept so we can get your login details and further investigate this matter.
