Support Merge Ticket Bug -

Whmcs version 5.3.7

 

If we have one ticket assign to a staff member and there is a new ticket from the same customer or from same people within the company that is not assigned to a staff member the unassigned new ticket could not be merged with the ticket that is assiged.

 

As it is now and how it should be is that old new tickets should be merged with old tickets even if they are assiged.

Hello,

 

I have reproduced this issue. I have given it case: 4853 to track internally with our development team. I was still able to merge an assigned ticket and an unassigned ticket via the options tab of the view ticket interface.
