OrenRozenbaum
Hello, I have a problem. first of all I bought the system WHMCS in 04 March 2013. Last year I let someone use the system WHMCS temporarily and not formally and I want my system back so I talk with him and I was surprised that he gave the system to another man and changed the ownership of the system WHMCS to this man's authority. He change the email address written in my account, therefore I can't reset my password. So I can prove my speech, I have the original reception that I recieved to my email that show my personal information and the cost i paid to WHMCS (250$) and I can also enter restore this PayPal deal that I did in 04/03/2013. Bottom line- My system were taken/stoled from me, how can I get her back ? How can I contact WHMCS company's customer's service or the department that able to take care of this case ? Your feedbacks are truely precious for me, I'd be thankful for any kind of help and advise.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 19, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 19, 2014 Hi, Please open a Sales ticket and we can assist you in recovering access to your account: http://www.whmcs.com/about/contact As some general advise I would strongly counsel against giving other people access to your WHMCS.com account, licence or installation you do not trust.
