HostingRaid
Recently I have had a number of clients receiving 1st, 2nd and 3rd invoice reminders of unpaid bills. However their accounts all show as paid, and they received a confirmation email after payment was made.

WHMCS Ryan
Hello HostingRaid, For the users that are getting past due notices, are there any entries in the activity log in their account that might help narrow down the issue? And this might be a long shot but is it possible that there were duplicate invoices or accounts that were not properly terminated? If none of this lead anywhere you will probably want to open a ticket so the support team can investigate further. If you open a support ticket please update the ID here so I can post any relevant updates. --Thanks

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted June 19, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted June 19, 2014 Hi, Those logs don't seem to show any such emails being sent to those clients, is that correct? If there's no record of these emails under the client's Email tab then we can conclude they were not sent by your current WHMCS installation. This could suggest that there is another WHMCS installation still running elsewhere sending these emails to clients. Please ensure the WHMCS files and cron job are removed from any previous locations it may have been used. You can use the full emails headers of the emails received by clients to help identify from which server these messages originate.
HostingRaid
That's a very good point... We moved servers a while back and never disabled the other installation of whmcs. I'll get that turned off and report back if it doesn't solve the issue.
