[confirmed - duplicate] Email templates wont delete?

I had created an email template (custom obviously), and I had an error in the template name, so I proceeded to delete it / remove it, I got notification that it deleted, however the email template is still there.

 

Current WHMCS version: Version: 5.3.7

 

 

I did a hard refresh on the page (just in case), and that didnt help, Proceeded to delete it again... Still wont delete. Is this a possible bug ?

This has been previously reported as case 4558. When a version is released with the fix you will see it in our changelog. Until then you can work around this by simply deleting the row directly in the database. If you are unsure how to do this, open a ticket with our support team and give them db access and they can help you do this.
