Ponziani Posted June 1, 2014 Share Posted June 1, 2014 Hi, I was trying to figure out why the aff monthly report was only being sent to a few affs, then I realized that the ones the report was sent to had a product under their account(and was in active status). The affiliates that were registered and were just activated as affiliates without a product in their account didn't receive the report(inactive status according to whmcs). Is there a way to have it so that the report is sent to all clients who are activated as affiliates, regardless of whether or not they currently have a product registered? Thanks!
