Trax
Is it possible to automatically suspend or terminate a client's hosting account if the haven't logged in to the client area for longer than three months? I know that you can set it so a client's status is changed to inactive but this wouldn't terminate there hosting account right? Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, wasn't sure where to post it

Out of interest, why would you want to do that?

WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted May 19, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted May 19, 2014 Hi, There isn't an option for this, but I'm sure this could be achieved by an action hook to check the tblclients.lastlogin value and suspend/terminate accounts based upon whatever criteria you set. I imagine you'd use the DailyCronJob hook point for this: http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks:System#DailyCronJob'>http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks:System#DailyCronJob http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks
