SSL Incorrect Price Showing

Hello all,

Just QA'ing the site and was shocked to find an issue that we have no idea how it occurred! We have SSL products configured within WHMCS. They are setup as per the WHMCS documentation. However even though within the product it states a price it shows as something different within the cart.

WHMCS Product:

sslprice2.PNG

Cart:

There has been two changes to our system lately, firstly we installed the Tree Cirlcle eNom Pro Addon (https://mycircletree.com/products/enom-pro-whmcs-addon/) and also we upgraded to 5.3.7. They are the only two changes.

Obviously the eNom addon I would guess is the main potential, however has anyone else seen this before?

Cheers

Just to add to this. We have tried changing the Order Form Template and it still shows as -1 instead of the correct figure. Looks like some code has broken when it comes to the SSL product group but only for pricing as all other text shows correctly.

I didn't spot anything in the v5.3.7 changelog that could cause this... not familiar with the enom addon, so that is a possibility.

i'd be tempted to create a new product group, hide it and then try to add the product again from scratch.

Thanks Brian.

Doing it from scratch showed up the issue. When we changed and reconfigured the SSL products after installing the eNom Pro addon we added the prices into the Annual field rather than the One-Off/Monthly fields! Schoolboy error it seems! All now sorted. Phew!
