Website Logo Not Working?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, I'm fairly new to WHMCS and I'm absolutely clueless as to why my header logo does not work.

I've uploaded the file - logo.png - to the images folder under the template folder.

After which, I opened up header.tpl and replaced companyname with a bit of code which I was instructed to in order to get this logo working. However, upon doing so, the logo did not swap with the WHMCS logo under my site.

Here is the code:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<head>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset={$charset}" />
<title>{$companyname} - {$pagetitle}{if $kbarticle.title} - {$kbarticle.title}{/if}</title>
{if $systemurl}<base href="{$systemurl}" />
{/if}<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="templates/{$template}/style.css" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="includes/jscript/jquery.js"></script>

you could try emptying your template cache - utilities -> system -> system cleanup - I suspect that will likely resolve it.

i'm assuming you could view the logo directly in the browser if you put its specific url into the browser?
