Products / Services Next Due Date Not Updating

I've seen this happening randomly with a few clients in the last couple months. WHMCS ended up suspending service when the client had already paid! I couldn't trace it to anything, couldn't reproduce it, but it did happen to three clients. I just sort of wrote it off as a bug in one of the many security patches that came out--haven't had the problem recently with the last couple versions. What version were you running when this happened to you?

You'll have to in order to fix the problem for that client, yes. But generally no you shouldn't have to. Paying an invoice generated by WHMCS for the hosting service is supposed to automatically advance the next due date.

Could this be due to the fact I imported this account manually from WHM? If so it's really going to be an issue because I have a large number of other accounts to important and I would rather not have to manually fix this for all of them each month.

I'd be interested if anyone else has had this problem or if someone from WHMCS could chime in?
