northtone Posted April 3, 2014 Share Posted April 3, 2014 We are running the latest version of WHMCS 5.3.6 and have now noticed we are unable to "delete" any tickets. We can close them fine, but when trying to delete them permanently we get the following error. "Could not delete file: File path invalid" I did some searching via Google and this forum and have come up empty. Not sure what to even look at. Any suggestions would be welcome. WHMCS uses the PHP realpath command to find your attachments directory and the path entered into your configuration.php file must match the realpath value exactly for security purposes. So please try changing the path to your attachments directory in the configuration.php file to the full server path.
