When I set up my server it says failed to login (using cPanel + WHM).

 

I'm aware that the login doesn't work when you use the access key + username, but it doesn't work when I put the username + password.

 

Also orders don't go through and when I go to create (in the order section) it says 'Module Command Error

Login Failed'

 

I'm 100% sure I've put the right details in the server section, the WHM login box works when I put username + password in. I've done a lot of research and haven't been able to fix it. Not sure what to do.

Hi,

 

There are two possible causes for this:

 

1. The login details under Setup > Servers > Edit are incorrect. Please ensure you are using either the username + access hash combination or the username + password combination and that the login details are correct.

 

2. The cpHulk settings are preventing WHMCS from creating/suspending/terminating accounts via the cPanel API. Please adjust the cpHulk settings on the applicable remote WHM server.
