Handling Low Balance and Client Renewal Orders

Hello all,

 

Several times i've faced with the issue where i have low balance in my resellerclub account.

How to handle low balance issue ?

 

For example;

 

My customer ordered a renewal from my whmcs but my balance was not enough to automatically renew it,

 

System created a to-do item:

"Client ID XX has paid for the renewal of domain xxxx.xxx and the automated renewal attempt has failed with the following error: Renewal order placed. Renewal action locked in processing; will be automatically processed by the system if / when sufficient funds are available in the reseller account."

 

I've added funds to my resellerclub account and now what ? Do the whmcs automatically renew domain ?

 

Or what to do next ?

Hi,

ResellerClub should process the renewal in due course. You can probably speed up the process by viewing the pending renewal order in ResellerClub and resubmitting it at their end.

 

Once the domain is renewed you can make sure the Next Due Date and Expiry Dates are correct in WHMCS, then set the To-Do item to "Completed".
