ukicnet Posted March 8, 2014 Share Posted March 8, 2014 Hi Would it be possible to create a department in whmcs but not show that department in client area ticket list. I still want to link tickets to clients but I don't want clients to see these tickets. The reason is I want to store the call recording of our customers calling into our support team which we can pipe in whmcs via email, but I don't want clients to access these recordings, I only want admins to see.
