Anyone else have a client suspended on 2/28 who wasn't past due?

Just curious about this. We have a client who paid his most recent invoice on 2/20, had no open invoices, and yet was suspended by the daily cron job on 2/28 for being overdue. I can't figure out what in the world happened and wonder if some weird February EOM bug got me or something.

We were on 5.2.16 at the time.

Hi,

It's the next due date of the product that determines when a suspension/termination occurs. So if the product has a next due date in the past then that would be what triggered this suspension/termination and not having any open invoices wouldn't change that.

Please also ensure you have not unintentionally enabled the Setup > Products/Services > Products/Services > Edit > Pricing tab > Auto Terminate/Fixed Term option, as that would cause accounts to be terminated.

If neither situations are the applicable please review Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time of suspension/termination as that should provide a clue to what happened.
