WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 11, 2014 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 11, 2014 Hi, So that means you've customised the email template and have introduced invalid syntax. You'll need to review your email template and correct the syntax. Once that's all in order the email will be able to send.
