APHservices
I'm in the final steps of having WHMCS ready for my customers. I have already imported a bunch of cpanel accounts in from my WHM. I have been using them for testing and I noticed after importing that when you look at a Client and go to the products tab, you see a status from the server describing the usage for the Client. (See attached JPG - ) That being said, now I'm importing other accounts that are for real customers and I'm not seeing the status from the server. I'm not sure what the disconnect is but I know I'm missing a step. All the accounts already imported have the same date and time stamp. What step am I missing/forgetting? Is there a cron job that is suppose to run? Why hasn't run again?
brian!
in setup -> automation settings there is a checkbox towards the bottom in the 'Miscellaneous' section called 'Update Usage Statistics' - if you tick this, then the new accounts stats should update after the next cron job.
