buck415
Hi everyone. I'm new to using WHMCS and am very happy with the program. In addition to web hosting, I'm offering additional services that requires the client to provide files to me. The file formats will be HTML files, Word docx, Photoshop & Illustrator files, and the basic jpg and png files, too. If I create a product for the client to purchase a service that requires any of those files, is it possible for them to upload those files through their account? Thanks, Buck
TekStorm Inc - James
Aside from them uploading files, via a ticket or otherwise, have a look at the Project Management addon.

zomex
I would recommend creating a custom email confirmation for the product/service and asking your customer's to upload any files via a support ticket. Be careful which file formats you allow to be sent via WHMCS. e.g I would not recommend allowing .php
buck415
Hi everyone, thanks for the great feedback, it's really appreciated. The Project Management looks like a great addition. I'll get that, soon. Thanks for the concerns about security. I think that I'll work out a method so that the client uploads their files to a cloud server rather than directly through my system... that will probably be safer in the long run. Anyhow, thanks for the great advice. It's greatly appreciated.
