Shopping Cart Not Working

I am using version 5.3.3 and will update to the latest version now.

 

This is very frustrating, i don't know where to begin.

 

I purchased a leased key from Namecheap (2 months ago) and every time i need support, they send me here, although i signed up for Whmcs a few years ago and when i log in with my email address it shows my old license key, that i no longer use.

 

Will the system still accept my tickets through my old account, or do i need to sign up with a new one in order to open tickets?

 

This just doesn't make sense.
