Whmcs dose not answer my tickects

i think they answer during Workdays not weekends ..


Yep thinking the same also, had a ticket not replied to in 24hrs. Surely WHMCS would have at least one person on weekends especially after releasing a major update?

Greetings, you seem to have responded to the ticket with another account, before the ticket was seen or responded to by WHMCS Technical Support. Also, this ticket has zero to do with your license issues mentioned. This ticket has to do with your site's default language changing on its own for some strange reason.


You shouldn't reply back to any ticket with comments like "upppppppp...." that's not how the ticket system works.


If you have another ticket ID concerning the license issues, I'd like to see that one please.
