From day 1 people have never been able to press the Direct shopping cart link in http://igservers.co.uk/whmcs/cart.php , even if i copy and paste it directly it doesnt work if you try pressing order now all that happens is the URL Changes and no loading of a new page, Example i went to http://igservers.co.uk/whmcs/cart.php pressed order now on Battlefield 2 and URL changes to http://igservers.co.uk/whmcs/cart.php?pid=8 , then i click Call of duty URL Changes to http://igservers.co.uk/whmcs/cart.php?pid=10 and its the same for all products. only way to get to the checkout/order form is by going to http://igservers.co.uk/game-servers then press Buy now and takes u to the "http://igservers.co.uk/whmcs/cart.php?a=confproduct&i=0" then people can order that way BUT some people also having issue's that way with nothing loading those links on IGservers.co.uk/Game-servers are the "Direct Shopping Cart Link Specifying Template" once people click that. then some are able to go to the Direct Shopping cart link and it works. Any help please?

Hi Ben,

i've tried both methods on your site, going through the cart from client area and from your game servers page, and both seem to work fine (on IE & Firefox)... each goes to the config page and onto the cart summary... Chrome doesn't throw up any errors either.

if I go to the cart, press on Battlefield 2, i'm redirected to the correct config page - as I am when going through game servers.

the only thing that looks like a potential issue in the coding might be the links on the game servers page - you have...

<a href="/whmcs/cart.php?a=add&pid=1">

what might be better is to use...

<a href="http://igservers.co.uk/whmcs/cart.php?a=add&pid=1">

i'm wondering if some browsers aren't liking the structure of your links, or if WHMCS sometimes doesn't like & in the links...

but that wouldn't explain why you can't order directly from the cart and yet I can... unless you have some browser/cache issue?
