Damo
Take a look at http://www.whmcs.com/addons/live-chat-visitor-tracking/
TommyK
I'm using zopim, and the only thing I am missing is a function to create a ticket from a conversation, link to user profile in admin and a foolproof way to see that the client is logged in. I have tried the livechat that whmcs sells (stardevelop) and I rate it very low mostly for UI reasons. I couldn't stand it so I took it away. Also had kayako a while back, and then it was very buggy, but I bet it's different now. I tried the included/built in live chat in a competing product with whmcs, and I liked the way everything was connected, links to user profile, create ticket from chat, etc. This is actually something I think WHMCS should consider instead of selling the stardevelop one. Zopim is a better sales tool though because of the automated chat initiations and is also very reasonably priced, so thats where we stayed. Here is a zopim uservoice for voting in some whmcs features, go vote: https://zopim.uservoice.com/forums/19490-general/suggestions/2358423-integration-with-whmcs

It's a classic now you know We use SmarterTrack, which does OK but you do need to be able to run ASP.NET for that. Also looking at LiveAgent. Some integration of something would be better, quite envious of the way HostBill has their chat built right in.

It's a classic now you know Actually, it was not so much the look of it that put me off. It was the clunky operator interface that only works in windows and the fact that the chat wouldn't follow from page to page which forces the visitor to pop out the window to have a conversation and use the website at the same time. Zopim is os agnostic and the ui is great. No clutter and works very well.
