We noticed the last time WHMCS automatically charged a credit card was 1/27/2014 which was about the time of one of the last updates, but not 100% sure. No errors in the activity log and the payment gateway works because I can 'attempt capture' and it charges the card. It just looks like its not even trying to do it and not sure why. Nothing changed on our server and the cron job does run daily and issue invoices, just does not charge the cards when the invoice is due or overdue. WebGuyz Posted February 4, 2014 Author Share Posted February 4, 2014 My last 'Cron Job: Completed' entry was on 1/31. I opened a ticket with WHMCS yesterday and am working with WHMCS support. I may be running out of memory and I have a few things to check. It definitely is my environment and not anything wrong with WHMCS.
