[unconfirmed] 5.2.15 -Ticket attachment redirects to clients area

Using WHMCS 5.2.15 and when you try to click on any attachment it always redirects to the client area prompting to log in.

 

This is the case for all web browsers.

Same here. Was fixed in an earlier patch but seems to have cropped up again.

I have not been able to reproduce this with 5.2.15 on my installation. Are you using SSL? Do you have the SSL rewrite rules in place?

You can check if you have defined an SSL url in the admin area in the Setup -> General Settings page. On an apache setup, redirects are managed via a .htaccess file.

Thanks for that. Have just checked and the WHMCS SSL System URL field is blank - so no SSL it seems
