stormy Posted December 30, 2013 Share Posted December 30, 2013 I've opened threads in the forum when things weren't going that well, and I think it's only fair to do the same when things are running fine. I've noticed a definite improvement in WHMCS support in the past few days/weeks. Techs seem to be more available, with better replies, and more involved. I also see less of the "it's not a bug, it's a feature request" mentality, which was a bit too frequent this year. So - congratulations to the WHMCS team.
