Auto Billing?

I am new to working wit WHMCS and have setup Stripe as our payment gateway. Customers can pay us just fine but they must be sent an invoice or those products that are setup with the "monthly" option checked it will send an invoice.

How do we make it so that the credit card on file is billed each month and requires no action from the customer?

Hi,

With a merchant gateway module like Stripe you just need to ensure your cron job is completing every day (denoted by the Cron Job Activity email). WHMCS will take care of the rest.

The invoice wil be generated and then the client's card charged all in accordance with your Setup > Automation Settings.

Thanks for the response, I see the invoice was generated 15 days in advance and will actually charge the card (hopefully) in about 8 days.

Is it pretty standard to send them an invoice 15 days before or at all when you are auto billing?
