positivemedium
After upgrading from 5.1.13 to 5.1.14, we are having a couple of issues with mass mailing. First off, when choosing to send a "General" email using the Mass Mail Tool, recipients are listed at first, but after choosing to load a saved message, the following appears: No Recipients The criteria selected for this email has resulted in no recipients which means it cannot be sent All of the selected recipients are lost after loading the saved message. If I choose to paste the message or type from scratch, it immediately says the sending is completed but no emails are sent. Note that the mass mailing was working prior to the upgrade.

imaticon
Just updated to the new maintenance release 5.2.14 and the issue still persists. Looks like mass mailing is not that important

Blueberry3.14
Ugh. I'd suggest posting this to "Bug Reports", and/or submitting a bug report.
brian!
Same here, v5.2.14, recipients are listed but after click on "send message" error appears "No Recipients The criteria selected for this email...." hmm, I just tried the same procedure on v5.2.14 and the emails were sent and received... that's not to say there isn't a bug there, just that I can't seem to reproduce it.

imaticon
Hi All, OK, I can confirm that it works when you select more than 1 recipient. Regards, Marco
positivemedium
I received an update from WHMCS that they were able to duplicate the issue and have opened a bug case for it, but have no timetable for resolution.
jameshostit
Welcome to the world of WHMCS. We have a similar issue to which they have opened a case for and stated that it would be fixed in the first half of 2014!!!!!!!!!! MBotelho
Same issue here. We report now via ticket and we will wait for an update. I really hope that we don't need to wait until the first half of 2014 for a resolution ..
John R
So as long as we choose more than one recipient, the mass mailing goes through? Why would I only need to send it to one recipient in the first place. If only we could back up and go back to the old version. Oh, hindsight, where are you when we need you the most?
MBotelho
I try with more than one recipient and no success.
