Problem with mass mailing after upgrade to 5.1.14

After upgrading from 5.1.13 to 5.1.14, we are having a couple of issues with mass mailing.

First off, when choosing to send a "General" email using the Mass Mail Tool, recipients are listed at first, but after choosing to load a saved message, the following appears:

No Recipients

The criteria selected for this email has resulted in no recipients which means it cannot be sent

All of the selected recipients are lost after loading the saved message.

If I choose to paste the message or type from scratch, it immediately says the sending is completed but no emails are sent. Note that the mass mailing was working prior to the upgrade.

Same here, v5.2.14, recipients are listed but after click on "send message" error appears "No Recipients The criteria selected for this email...."

hmm, I just tried the same procedure on v5.2.14 and the emails were sent and received... that's not to say there isn't a bug there, just that I can't seem to reproduce it.

So as long as we choose more than one recipient, the mass mailing goes through? Why would I only need to send it to one recipient in the first place. If only we could back up and go back to the old version. Oh, hindsight, where are you when we need you the most? :)
