Domain discount

I create a cliente grupo with a discount to products however I didn't want to include discount in domains and addons, only in Products.

Hw can I do this?

client groups will discount products and addons at the group discount % - though domains will only be discounted if you add a different pricing slab - if you don't, it should use the default pricing.

if you want to only discount some products, then a better option might be to use promotions - http://docs.whmcs.com/Promotions

 

once you have created the code(s) for the product(s), you can go into the Client Profile, select Products/Services, choose an existing product and then select the correct promotion code from the dropdown box... this promotion code should then be applied automatically when WHMCS generates the renewal invoice.

I disabled any client pricing slabs and customers still get discounts on domain names...

Also I did run the bulk pricing update tool afterwards.

However I can activate a pricing slab for the i.e. 50% user group and define double prices there to get the right amount on the invoice, but this is not the way I like...

What's wrong ?
