Dicko_md
Hi Are you sending from the email account you have for the ticket ? If so this will not work as it would create a loop. Try another email (if you need to be registered then create another account in whmcs) Martyn Regards Martyn
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 14, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 14, 2013 Hi, Please ensure you are not emailing from your admin email address, use a different one for testing. What entries do you see under Utilities > Logs > Ticket Mail Import Log? Do you get any bounce messages in return from your email?
kmkh@gmx.com
Hi, I have tried different emails but still not getting anything. under Utilities > Logs > Ticket Mail Import Log there is nothing created related to recent activity. There are all old logs. I am not getting any bounce messages as well. Thanks
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted November 20, 2013 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted November 20, 2013 Hi, That's odd, I would expect it to be piped in or bounce, not somehow disappear into the ether. What does your mail server admin say is happening to these messages?
