Administrators WHMCS John Posted November 13, 2013 Administrators Share Posted November 13, 2013 Hi, Do you see the emails under the client's Email tab? Do you see any error under Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time of sending? If the email is listed in the Email log, but there's no error it means it left WHMCS without error from your mail server.
