slim Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Hi I have had two customers call and complain that I have double charged them for their domain renewal. example.com First invoice generated: 15/10/13 with a due date of the 22/10/13 paid 22/10/14 Second invoice generated: 21/10/13 with a due date of the 14/10/13 paid 21/10/14 Any idea why it would be invoicing twice for the same domain? slim Posted October 24, 2013 Author Share Posted October 24, 2013 Im the only admin, and I hadnt gone near either of the two domains where this has happened. HOWEVER i may have a clue.. In Setup -> General Settings -> Domains there is an option 'Sync Next Due Date - this was ticked by I changed it from 3 to 7 days.
